Overview
The Starter Template (a.k.a v4x) is a custom website template made for Oregon government to be highly usable, accessible, and encourage building simple, customer-focused websites.
This template was created to enable Oregon government agencies to display documents and other content in a simple-to-use format for Oregonians. Its design and features are backed by research and the experience of the E-Government Program.
